Private House - A very popular option as generally it gives you a lot more home-comforts, a good amount of flexibility (you don't have to worry about finding a seat in a restaurant for any meal) and just feels a bit more relaxed than a hotel or hostel. Private houses can be a little bit more expensive and most are a fixed price, so you just need to be aware that if anyone should drop out, the remaining group members could be the guys picking up the slack. That being said, there are some awesome deals on private stag do properties so it's a decision for you to make.
Youth Hostel - These offer something somewhere between a private house and a hotel and loads of them around the UK have private rooms with en suite facilities so you won't be stuck with any random members of the UK's population. Unless heading to more remote areas where there might be thick accents, you'll already understand the language of anywhere you go for a stag do in the UK.
