A sociable fitness class for all women – shape and size does not matter! Fantastic for all-over muscle tone especially the arms and stomach. You will get some bumps and bruises, but it’s a lot of fun and really rewarding. The first lesson can feel tough but it only take 3 lessons for the muscles to adapt so you will quickly notice improvement. No matter what level the ladies are in class, everyone is hugely supportive and encouraging to each other, it’s a real friendly atmosphere.
