• Think you would be the best rally driver amongst your friends, then why not try the most popular activity at Max Events in Bristol. Whether you like to speed, drift, or are just generally heavy footed, Rebel Buggies is the perfect activity to have your inner speed demon shine. Negotiate corners on a 400m dirt track whilst going up to 40mph in a rapid Rebel Buggy. These top performance machines make your average motorised Go-Kart seem like a Little-Tikes push car. Your day of rebel buggies will go accordingly: There will be 2 or 3 buggies for your session depending on group size. Groups larger than 12 people will either be split into 2 teams or booked over 2 tracks (Unless advised otherwise). The group will be split and sent out in pairs.

  There is no overtaking, each driver is racing against the stopwatch to achieve the best possible lap time. After each person has got to grips with the track and the racing line we will remove all but one buggy and each person will have 3 laps to set a lap time. The first lap will be an out lap so they pass the line at speed, the second will be the actual timed lap and the third is just a cool down lap to then pull into the pits.

  • Approx 1-1.5 hour per activity as a group (15 mins driving each)

  • 400 metre track
  • Approx 45 seconds per lap

  Large car park on site which is free to park in. Please try and come in as few cars as possible.

  We have a Café on site which is cash only, selling Hot and Cold Drinks, Chocolate Bars and Crisps. We also have a BBQ running most Saturday Event Days serving Bacon Baps, Cheese Burgers, Hot Dogs and Chips – Vegetarian options also available on a pre-order basis. (Check when booking your event to see if the BBQ will be running on your chosen event day)

  We advise a maximum height of 6’6” and a maximum weight of 20 stone. If anyone in your party exceeds this please contact us. Please contact us before your event day If any member of your group has any Medical, Physical or Mental conditions or disabilities which might affect them taking part in the activities.

  How long does my event last?

  • Each activity lasts for 1 hour, so 3 activities = 3 hours etc.
  • Arrive 30 minutes earlier than the listed time.
  • In addition, if your event spans the lunch break (13:15-13:45), this will add an extra 30 minutes to your overall time on site.

  What do you need to take?

  • Overalls and clothing are NOT provided.
  • Arrive dressed appropriately for the activities and weather conditions - old clothes or your own overalls.
  • Flip-flops or sandals are not permitted - you MUST wear closed toed shoes.
